PROJECTS
Full cycle, turn-key project delivery (EPC, EPCM, PMC). Experience in turn key projects and packages including; detailed commissioning documentation, maintenance strategies, spare parts and Bill of Materials, drawings, O&M manuals and training.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
On and off-site project management support for every phase of a project from conception and initiation, to planning, execution, and project closeout. We offer the flexibility of utilising the clients or our own project management framework and process flows. We set out the tasks and key milestones using template documents to engage site stakeholders and manage the process to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
ENGINEERING SERVICES
We provide the full suite of engineering, design and drafting services with a focus on on-site support. We also have access to a number of service providers which can include overseas providers.We also provide resourcing for Process Engineering to produce: process flow, piping & Instrument diagrams, and conduct HAZOP and HAZID studies.
BREAKDOWN REPAIRS:
Site management and execution of catastrophic failures and unplanned downtime.
MAJOR MAINTENANCE AND REFURBISHMENTS:
Baseline preventative maintenance, planned or unscheduled major works, and in-situ overhauls of all fixed and rotating plant.
SPECIALIST SOURCING AND PROCUREMENT:
Sourcing of specialist parts and materials. This can include; Mechanical and Electrical components and materials, design and supply, or optimising supply chains by sourcing more economical components.
PLANT AND EQUIMENT HIRE:
Plant and Equipment Lease & Hire. We have an ever increasing range of plant and specialist equipment for lease or hire. This includes; 18T Franna, 26T Excavator, Body Trucks, Forklift, EWPs, Generators, Batch Plants, Crushing equipment and specialist equipment to meet any project needs.
